Unpopular opinion: group chats should have a 10-person limit
Once you hit 15+ people, it's just chaos. Half the messages are "haha" reactions, someone always replies to something from 3 hours ago, and good luck finding the actual plan. Small groups or nothing. Posted by Grypes HQ as a conversation starter.
